The Gout Society celebrates the Spring Equinox, well into Spring! Spring Equinox occurred March 22, 2002.

Goat and Kielbasa gratefully supplied by Larry. Venison and Black Angus gratefully supplied by James. Larry's brother Matt also gratefully appreciated for his skills as a professional chef in aid of the kitchen...
Appetizer:
Toasted Pita Triangles served with crumbled Feta, chopped Calamata Olives and Babaganoush
Main Course:
Charcoal Grilled Smoked Kielbasa
Charcoal Grilled Leg of Goat, rubbed with garlic, lemon, thyme, olive oil,salt and pepper
Charcoal Grilled Black Pepper Crusted Free Range Venison Medalions, served in port sauce
Charcoal Grilled Black Angus Beef, newport cut, rubbed with salt and pepper
