The Gout Society celebrates the Autumn Equinox and our fallen heroes in New York City who gave their lives to save so many others.

 

Dinner Served:

Dry Italian Country Sausage
Paté a la Campagne

 

Main Course:

Boneless Pork Tenderloin rubbed with salt and pepper and wrapped in sprigs of rosemary roasted over sliced potatoes
Broiled Newport Black Angus with salt and pepper rub

 

Side Dishes:

Roasted Potatoes and Shallots
Okra a la Creole over Chicken Brothed Rice

 

Salad:

Mixed Green Salad with Tarragon Dressing

 

Assortment of Cheeses:

Smoked Gouda
St. Agur
Vermont Cheddar
Manchego

 

Dessert:

Vanilla ice cream with crumbled poundcake and drizzled Lustau Solera Reserva, Pedro Ximenez San Emilio, golden brown and very sweet smooth and luscious Sherry wine.

Barros 1977 Forgive us for having this port again, but it was just too good to pass on the bottle!
